What is coaching?
Coaches help clients shape a vision for their future, and then help them grow into the kind of person who lives that vision.
My goal is to help people become who they are. I’ll work with you to understand what’s holding you back and to build a vision and strategy for creating the life you most want.
Who is this for?
Maybe you don’t fit the criteria for a mental health disorder but you still encounter “problems in living.”
Maybe you’re in therapy but you want additional support and guidance.
Maybe you’re tried therapy and had bad experiences or it just hasn’t helped in the way you wanted.
Maybe you’ve “graduated” from therapy and now you’re looking for a different type of support.
Coaching happens totally outside the medical-industrial complex and pathology paradigm. Coaching services support personal development and are not intended to treat mental health disorders.
