Coaching sessions happen virtually, in local natural areas, or in your home.
Standard sessions are 60 minutes long, but I also offer 90-minute sessions upon request.
My standard fee is $125/hr. I also offer sliding scale, so if you want to work with me please reach out and let me know what rate is accessible for you.
Generally, I meet with clients on a weekly or biweekly basis over the course of several months. However, if you have a clear and specific goal and want to work more intensively over a shorter period of time, we can do that too.
We’ll start with a free 30-minute consultation to make sure it’s a good fit and create a plan that works for you.
